At Canva Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
